    A standard apartment inspection takes 2–3 hours. A villa with pool and additional features typically takes 4–6 hours. We don't rush — thoroughness is the point.
    Can you inspect a property if I'm not in Spain? +
    Absolutely. Many of our clients are buying remotely. We coordinate access with the agent or seller, conduct the inspection, and you receive the full report plus portal access — then we walk you through everything on a video call.
    How quickly can you schedule an inspection? +
    Typically within 3–7 working days of enquiry. If you have a pressing deadline, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
    Do you cover all of Spain? +
    We operate across Spain with particular coverage in Alicante, Valencia, Marbella, Málaga, Madrid, and the Costa Blanca. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability.
    What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
    We understand that property purchases can move fast or stall unexpectedly. Contact us at least 48 hours before the inspection and we'll reschedule without penalty.
